Chief Financial Officer(CFO)

Our client is a renowned name in the hospitality industry. They would like to engage a Chief Financial Officer.

The Role

• You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving financial strategy and performance.
• You will manage the finance and IT functions, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives.
• You will also ensure that financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning is done on time.
• You will also oversee cash flow, internal controls, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
• You will also focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• You will manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• You will represent Finance at board meetings and offer commercially sound recommendations.
• You will stay updated on fiscal regulations and overseeing IT alignment with business goals is essential.

Requirements

• You are fully qualified, warranted accountant.
• Experience in hospitality will be considered as a strong asset.
• Have at least 5 years previous similar experience.
• Be keen on continious improvement processes.
• Be both strategic and hands on.
• Demonstrated experience in cash flow management, financial reporting, and systems.
• Be well conversant with finance and payroll software.
• Have excellent communication skills.
