Billing Clerk
Central Malta | €25,000 - €30,000 Annually
We are looking for a motivated Billing Clerk to join a dynamic team within a growing professional environment in a legal firm.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and prioritising the preparation and issuance of invoices.
Processing invoices and communicating with clients regarding any invoice-related queries.
Maintaining customer ledgers in an accurate and efficient manner.
Ensuring that all assigned deadlines are consistently met.
Delivering a high standard of service to clients at all times.
Providing support with additional office and accounting-related tasks as required.
Staying up to date with all relevant legal and regulatory changes.
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education and Experience
A minimum qualification of Advanced Level in Accountancy.
