Audit Team Leader

  Central Malta  |  Up to €45,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking to recruit for an Audit Team Lead. 

Duties include: 

  • Assist the audit directors and leaders with managing a portfolio of clients across various industries. 
  • Cultivate positive and professional relationships with clients throughout the audit process. 
  • Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to their needs. 
  • Directing, coaching and mentoring audit team in effectively delivering engagements.
  • Plan audits and review their execution 
  • Encourage open communication, collaboration and teamwork among team members. 
  • Performance reviews of junior audit staff.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be fully ACCA qualified
  • Must hold 3 -4 years of auditing experience
  • Experience in supervising a team is required
  • Local experience is a must
