Accounts Receivable Officer
Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer t o join their team. The selecting candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices accurately and on time.
Process and reconcile customer payments, resolving any discrepancies.
Set up and maintain customer and project accounts in the accounting system.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue or disputed accounts.
Reconcile accounts receivable, prepare aging reports, and update management on collections.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and statements.
Maintain organized AR records and support audits and reporting as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
High level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams
Education and Experience
MQF Level 4 of education in accounting or finance
