Accounts Payable Officer
Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing team
Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization.
Ensure timely and accurate payment runs per company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end closing.
Generate accounts payable reports and assist with audits.
Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Identify and implement process improvements in AP functions.
Requirements
Experience is needed in a similar role
Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
