We're looking for an Accounts Payable to join a growing team!
What you'll be doing
Managing daily accounting activities, with a focus on the accurate administration of the purchase ledger across hotel operations, including invoice processing and correct allocation to nominal accounts.
Supporting the testing, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of internal controls within the Purchase Ledger function.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of robust financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to obtain required information and provide meaningful financial support and insights.
Preparing financial reports, supporting audit activities, and proactively following up on outstanding invoices with suppliers.
Requirements
Any experience in a finance department in purchasing is an asset
