Our client is seeking to recruit a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive & Office Administrator to support their finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks while managing office operations and ensuring smooth administrative support for various departments.
Duties include:
Process and record daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial records
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage invoicing, payments, and collections from clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial documents
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding billing inquiries
Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Answer phone calls and emails, providing general office support
Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for office records and documents
Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
Assist with preparing documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
Prepare and process internal documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Provide general support to the HR and Operations departments as required
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, office administration, or a related field
A qualification in accounting or finance (ACCA, or similar) is preferred
Strong proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
