Accounts Executive

Our client, a highly reputable company is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team 

Responsiblities:

• Review daily revenue figures and verify supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
• Monitor transactions, discounts, adjustments, and payments to ensure they follow internal policies
• Perform month-end reconciliations, including general ledger and card transactions, and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Support the preparation of financial and operational reports, investigating any variances where needed
• Assist with audit preparation by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
• Handle intercompany charges and support general accounting and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Familiar with hotel accounting operations and procedures
• Proven experience enforcing financial controls and compliance
