As an Accounts Executive, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting business operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes. You’ll work closely with management to provide insights, maintain transparency, and support the company’s growth journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Managing debtors and creditors’ aging lists to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Drafting and presenting clear summary reports and insights to management.
- Ensuring accuracy in purchase invoices and postings in the accounting system.
- Assisting with monthly management reporting and year-end audit preparations.
- Supporting clients with professionalism and efficiency.
