Our client, a locally established importer, and distributer, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their finance growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying and recording supplier invoices
- Generating sales invoices for customers
- Addressing billing inquiries from both suppliers and customers
- Reconciling supplier statements to prepare for monthly payments
- Managing petty cash, including entering journal entries into the accounting system
- Coordinating with the audit team to streamline the audit process
- Aiding in the processing of payments to creditors, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial transactions
- Assisting with various daily accounting duties to enhance our company's overall financial performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent level of English language.
- Experience in the use of Xero will be considered an asset.
- Enthusiastic team player
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Efficient task manager, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of A-Level qualifications in Accounting is required. A solid understanding of accounting principles is vital.
