Accounts Clerk
Central Malta | Up to €24,000 Annually
Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk, to support their finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Duties include:
Processing supplier invoices and customer invoices
Capturing and reconciling transactions
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
Assisting with month-end procedures
Responding to account-related querie
General finance and administrative support
Requirements
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
Basic understanding of accounts principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferably ZOHO)
Strong attention to detail
Local experience is required
