Accounts Clerk

  Central Malta  |  Up to €24,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk, to support their finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. 

Duties include: 

  • Processing supplier invoices and customer invoices
  • Capturing and reconciling transactions
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
  • Assisting with month-end procedures
  • Responding to account-related querie
  • General finance and administrative support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Basic understanding of accounts principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferably ZOHO)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Local experience is required
