Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform accurate cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits.
- Process both technical and non-technical payments efficiently.
- Handle the banking and clearing of cash control accounts.
- Update ledgers, research discrepancies, and ensure accounts are always in order.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Support the finance team with year-end audit preparations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support wherever needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible attitude — comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Maltese.
- Previous experience in a finance department will be considered an asset.
