Our client, operating within the servicing of lifts, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on part time basis. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accurate general ledger, accounts payables and receivables
- Processing of invoices, receipts and posting of payments
- Posting and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with supplier payments
- Checking of invoices and ensuring there are no discrepancies
- Supporting with internal and external finance related queries
- Maintaining an orderly filing system
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time by the Financial Controller
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Education and Experience
- Possess an O or A level in Accounts or relevant
