Accounts Clerk

  Central Malta  |  up to €23,000 Annually 

Our client, a well-established company in the construction and hospitality industry is looking to recruit a meticulous and well-organized Accounts Clerk to bolster their finance department, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed reconciliations to uphold precise financial records.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Issue invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in processing payments to creditors, maintaining transparent and efficient financial transactions.
  • Provide support in various day-to-day accounting tasks to enhance the financial success of our projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of A Level Standard in Accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proactive team player who positively influences the workplace.
  • Capable of seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams in a cooperative work environment.
  • Efficient task management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
