Accounts Clerk (Full time and Part time basis)

  North of Malta  |  €24,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our clients, within the Retail Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on Full time and Part Time basis.

Main responsibilities :

  • Accurately post invoices, ensuring compliance with all requirements including pricing, quantities, VAT, and descriptions
  • Support end-of-month reconciliation activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Complete weekly cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits
  • Assist with processing payments
  • Allocate payments and receivables within the accounting system
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the finance department

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach

Education and Experience

  • An A Level in Accounting or in the process of obtaining an accounting qualification
