Accounts Clerk (Full time and Part time basis)
North of Malta | €24,000 - €30,000 Annually
Our clients, within the Retail Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on Full time and Part Time basis.
Main responsibilities :
Accurately post invoices, ensuring compliance with all requirements including pricing, quantities, VAT, and descriptions
Support end-of-month reconciliation activities
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
Complete weekly cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits
Assist with processing payments
Allocate payments and receivables within the accounting system
Provide day-to-day operational support to the finance department
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
Education and Experience
An A Level in Accounting or in the process of obtaining an accounting qualification
