Our client, a small CSP in the Accounting industry is looking seeking a motivated individual to join their growing Business Outsourcing team in Accounts. This department focuses on bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll outsourcing, and VAT compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
Handling reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other required reporting
Ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance requirements
Provide support to management and senior colleagues as needed
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in accounting locally
Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
