Accounts Associate

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

Our client in the Investment Industry is looking for an Accounts Associate to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for the group, both locally and internationally
  • Manage all accounting duties up to the preparation of management accounts
  • Provide support with bookkeeping activities
  • Process and manage travel expense claims
  • Handle and execute payment runs
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Assist in gathering data for financial consolidations
  • Support the wider finance team in the smooth day-to-day running of the department

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of local experience working in a similar role and industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Education and Experience

  • Fully Qualified Accountant or Final Stages of ACCA
