Accounts and Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €14 - €15 Hourly 

Our client in the Investment Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts and Administrator to join their team on a Part Time basis, to handle but not limited to corporate administration, administration and accounting duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Handling bookkeeping duties 
  • Supporting with bank reconciliations 
  • Assisting with payments 
  • Supporting with reviewing of agreements and contracts
  • Handling legal documentations 
  • Supporting with the due diligence and KYC 
  • Assisting with the organisation of board meetings, which include travel arrangements for the Directors and clients
  • Supporting in any other duties needed

Working hours would be during core hours (8:00-17:00), from Monday to Friday.

20/25 hours weekly.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of local experience in an accounting and admin role
  • Candidates who have an understanding of corporate administration would be given preference
  • Excellent English, verbal and written
  • Knowledge in the French language would be an asset

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of A Level standard of Education
