Our client in the Investment Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts and Administrator to join their team on a Part Time basis, to handle but not limited to corporate administration, administration and accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handling bookkeeping duties
- Supporting with bank reconciliations
- Assisting with payments
- Supporting with reviewing of agreements and contracts
- Handling legal documentations
- Supporting with the due diligence and KYC
- Assisting with the organisation of board meetings, which include travel arrangements for the Directors and clients
- Supporting in any other duties needed
Working hours would be during core hours (8:00-17:00), from Monday to Friday.
20/25 hours weekly.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience in an accounting and admin role
- Candidates who have an understanding of corporate administration would be given preference
- Excellent English, verbal and written
- Knowledge in the French language would be an asset
Education and Experience
- A minimum of A Level standard of Education
