Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts and Administration Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external orders including reconciliations of expenses
- Manage deposit settlements
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Posting of invoices
- Processing payments
- Handling financial records and supporting in financial reporting
- Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
- Supporting in the day to day
Skill-sets and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Fluency in written and spoken both English and Maltese
Education & Experience
A'level in Accounting or equivalent
