Accounts and Administration Executive (Part time/ Reduced Hours)

A boutique Corporate Service Provider is seeking an Accounts & Administration Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

  • Provide client bookkeeping and general accounting support
  • Communicate proactively with clients and respond to requests promptly
  • Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Prepare accounting records and files for audit, and coordinate with external auditors as needed
  • Prepare and file clients’ VAT returns and recap declarations
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client compliance
  • Handle work permit applications, visa paperwork, and related documentation for clients or employees
  • Arrange and manage housing applications, accommodation logistics, and settlement support for incoming staff or assignees

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Payroll knowledge and familiarity with Shireburn accounting software considered an advantage

Education and Experience

  • Have an accounting qualification or in the process of obtaining one
