Our client, a boutique firm offering accounting and advisory services, is looking for an Accounting and Administration Assistant to join their small team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration:
Handling day to day filing, scanning
Supporting the CEO with liaising with clients for meetings
Handling change of addresses and other processes
Handling phone calls and emails where needed
Supporting with the day to day tasks
Accounting:
Supporting with posting of invoices
Handling bank and tax reconciliations
Assisting with basic payroll duties
Supporting with the day to day tasks in the accounting team
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in accounting administration locally
Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
