Accounts and Administration Assistant

  South of Malta  |  Up to €25,000 Annually 

Our client, a boutique firm offering accounting and advisory services, is looking for an Accounting and Administration Assistant to join their small team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administration:

  • Handling day to day filing, scanning 
  • Supporting the CEO with liaising with clients for meetings
  • Handling change of addresses and other processes 
  • Handling phone calls and emails where needed 
  • Supporting with the day to day tasks

Accounting:

  • Supporting with posting of invoices
  • Handling bank and tax reconciliations 
  • Assisting with basic payroll duties 
  • Supporting with the day to day tasks in the accounting team

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in accounting administration locally
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
  • Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of A level in Accounting
