Accounting Team Leader
Our client is seeking to recruit for an Accounting Team Leader to join our team.
Duties include:
Assist the accounting leader with managing a portfolio of clients across various industries.
Develop positive and professional relationships with clients.
Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to their needs.
Supervision and coaching of the team.
Review of deliverables to clients, including management accounts, accountancy files for audits, VAT returns and payroll runs.
Planning of client portfolio, prioritisation and delegation to the rest of the team.
Encourage open communication, collaboration and teamwork among team members.
Requirements
Fully qualified accountant.
Minimum of 3 years of local experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of relevant VAT and payroll legislation.
Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
