Our client, in the Aviation Industry, is looking to recruit an Accounting Assistant to support leading the team whilst also being the right hand of the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Handling posting of invoices
Processing payments
Supporting with supplier and reconciliation statements
Handling the posting of bank and credit card transitions
Supporting in the sales invoices
Handling bank reconciliations
Preparing any documentation needed for clients
Supporting in acrruals and prepayment
Being the right hand of the CFO in terms of day to day duties as well as assisting with management accounts
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience working locally in a similar role and industry
Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese is a must
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in the aviation industry would be considered an asset
