Accountant
Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit an Accountant to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities include :
Prepare monthly management accounts accurately and on time.
Monitor and reconcile bank and investment transactions.
Review and reconcile balances related to insurance and reinsurance activities.
Coordinate with third-party insurance managers to ensure timely submission of monthly accounting data.
Calculate and submit Solvency II regulatory returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
Support the preparation of other regulatory filings, including Solvency II reports.
Assist in the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Requirements
3+ years working experience within the finance function
Previous experience within the Insurance Industry will be considered an asset
Education and Experience
In possession or in the final stages of obtaining an Accounting qualification (University Degree, ACCA or equivalent).
