We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join a dynamic IT team supporting enterprise workplace technologies, infrastructure, and end-user services.
This role is responsible for delivering L2 technical support, managing workplace environments, and supporting network and communication infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing IT services while acting as a technical escalation point for complex incidents
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate second-line (Level 2) IT support activities.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues raised by first-line support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs and operational priorities.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to support teams.
- Own and maintain the end-user workplace environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability.
- Manage workplace security standards and support compliance requirements.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including device deployment, configuration, upgrades, inventory tracking, and decommissioning.
- Support and maintain core IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology changes in collaboration with wider IT teams.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
- Promote process standardisation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Around 3-5 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support roles.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint/device management, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and telephony solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across Windows environments and end-user technologies.
- Exposure to scripting or automation technologies is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Education and experience
- Diploma /Degree in s related field.
- Experience within large corporate or enterprise environments is considered an advantage.
- ITIL, CCNA, and MCSA certifications are a plus.
