What you'll be doing
- Support and optimise ERP, MES, and business systems used across manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and operational teams to improve processes and system effectiveness.
- Analyse business and data flows to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, and solution deployments.
- Create reports, analyse data, and provide insights that support operational decision-making.
- Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Deliver user training and provide support to employees across different departments.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.
