An elite hospitality developer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of a prestigious hotel refurbishment. Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as the Client's principal representative on-site. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest international luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Act as the main on-site representative, managing a multidisciplinary team of consultants, contractors, and specialists.
Programme & Design Management: Oversee the master programme, monitor critical paths, and ensure seamless integration across architectural, structural, MEP, and luxury fit-out designs.
Construction & Quality Oversight: Coordinate all physical site works (structural, MEP, luxury finishes) and enforce strict compliance with quality specifications and brand standards.
Risk & Stakeholder Management: Maintain the project risk register, deploy mitigation strategies, and provide clear progress updates to executive leadership.
Handover & Commissioning: Coordinate client-supplied FF&E integration, systems testing, and defects management to deliver a fully operational hotel.
