Are you a curious problem solver who loves helping people work smarter? The Junior Process Transformation Specialist is a hybrid role bridging the gap between business teams and technology. Rather than traditional software development, this role focuses on talking to colleagues, identifying manual or spreadsheet-heavy tasks, and building clever, low-code solutions to make their work easier.
Using Microsoft Power Platform and approved enterprise tools, you will learn to turn messy processes into clean, automated digital workflows. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to design, test, build, and support lightweight apps and automations that save time and reduce errors across the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Connect & Shadow: Spend time with business users to understand their daily tasks, pain points, spreadsheets, and manual work.
- Problem Solve: Help map out current processes and suggest practical, low-code ways to automate or digitize them.
- Build Solutions: Build, test, and deploy apps, workflows, and forms using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, and Dataverse).
- Work with Data: Use basic-to-intermediate SQL queries to look at data, run checks, create simple reports, and ensure data moves cleanly between systems.
- Support & Maintain: Provide friendly "Level 2" support for the apps you build—helping users troubleshoot bugs, fixing minor issues, and gathering feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate safely: Work with senior IT developers, security teams, and architects to make sure solutions are secure, documented, and aligned with company IT standards.
- Document & Guide: Write easy-to-read user guides and short technical notes so your colleagues know how to use their new tools.
- Explore AI Tools: Experiment with Copilot and new Microsoft 365 features to show teams how modern productivity tools can make work simpler.
