ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst

  Nicosia  |  €35,000 - €55,000 Annually 

Our client, a growing ERP consulting and technology solutions provider serving businesses across Cyprus and Europe, is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst to join its team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will support ERP implementation projects, analyse business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and help clients optimise their operations through effective use of ERP systems. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in ERP systems, business analysis, accounting, operations, or software solutions who are looking to develop their consulting career in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Priority ERP and become progressively involved in the implementation and support of ERP solutions delivered by the company. 
  • Analyse client business processes and document current-state processes, requirements, issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings with client users, managers and internal project teams.
  • Assist in mapping client requirements to ERP functionality and identifying where configuration, reporting, workflow or development work is required.
  • Prepare clear documentation, including meeting notes, process notes, requirements documents, test scenarios, user instructions and functional specifications.
  • Support ERP configuration, implementation activities and client-specific setup under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Work with consultants, software developers and project managers to follow up on requirements, specifications, developments, testing and delivery.
  • Support data preparation, data migration, testing, user acceptance testing and go-live preparation.
  • Provide user training, hands-on support and practical guidance to help clients use the ERP effectively.
  • Provide first-level functional support to clients and escalate more complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams.
  • Assist with quality assurance by testing delivered functionality against agreed requirements.
  • Help systematise and improve internal tools, templates, documentation standards and implementation processes.
  • Depending on experience, participate in demonstrations, client presentations and proposal
  • preparation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, digital transformation and business software.
  • Some understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics, projects or operations.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into clear documentation and practical system requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written Greek and English.
  • Willingness to learn, take responsibility and develop into a professional ERP consultant.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business analysis, accounting, finance, operations, software systems or a related role.
  • Experience with Priority ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Oracle, Infor or similar ERP systems.
  • Accounting knowledge or accounting qualification.
  • Experience as an ERP key user, super-user or internal system owner within a business.
  • Understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, data migration or software development concepts.
  • Experience preparing specifications, process documentation, test scripts, user manuals or training material.
  • Knowledge of Dutch, French, German or Italian.

Education and Experience

  • University degree in a relevant subject, such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Junior Consultant: 1–2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, accounting, finance, operations, ERP support, software systems or a related role.
  • Associate Consultant / Business Analyst: 3+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to ERP systems, business software, client support, requirements analysis or implementation projects.
  • Senior Consultant / Senior Business Analyst: 6+ years of relevant experience, including significant involvement in ERP implementations, business analysis, client workshops, solution design, testing, training or project delivery.
