An established organization in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the technical evolution and operational delivery of their business software systems.
This leadership role focuses on managing strategic workflow, case management, and low-code applications that drive key operational and regulatory processes across the business. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in solution architecture and application lifecycle management with proven capability in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal technical teams and specialist vendor partners to develop, evolve, and maintain enterprise-wide digital platforms and case-management applications.
- Define solution architecture and technical roadmaps to ensure digital products are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
- Act as the technical authority across application delivery, integration, low-code development, and full lifecycle service management.
- Provide technical assurance over third-party delivery partners, challenging architectural designs and implementation quality to maximize value and reduce vendor dependency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and operational stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, assess dependencies, and translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions.
- Oversee application service delivery in partnership with support teams to ensure reliable incident resolution, problem management, and change execution.
- Ensure all applications adhere to cybersecurity, infrastructure, identity management, and corporate IT governance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a related technological field.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise digital platforms, workflow engines, case-management systems, CRM, ERP, or low-code environments.
- Strong technical understanding of solution architecture, system integration, software engineering principles, and application lifecycle management.
- Background with enterprise workflow or low-code platforms is fully transferable.
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary technical teams, building internal delivery capabilities, and directing strategic technology suppliers.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.

Education and experience
- Degree (MQF Level 6) in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technology field
- Experience with PEGA technology is an advantage.
