Responsibilities
- Analyse and refine existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Design streamlined workflows that align with business objectives and boost performance.
- Standardise processes and encourage adoption of best practices across teams.
- Assess current and potential technology solutions to drive automation and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions.
- Oversee the integration of applications and systems to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
- Develop engaging training programs, workshops, and communication strategies.
- Partner with vendors to align solutions with business needs.
- Manage relationships, contracts, and service agreements to maximise value.
- Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Actively contribute to requirements gathering, customisation, and hands-on implementation.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow automation, and technology integration.
- Solid understanding of business functions such as sales, finance, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions.
- Experience with HTML basics, WordPress, CRM, or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Application Analyst or similar role.
- Located in Malta.
