The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
The role supports the delivery of key software projects and continuous improvements across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps Portal.
The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment, helping to plan, develop, test, and implement solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate user and business needs into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria for developers.
- Support development teams throughout software release cycles by providing clarification and guidance.
- Assist with release, change, and software lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain testing procedures, documentation, and release documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external users.
- Communicate technical information clearly and appropriately to different audiences.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the software release lifecycle.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, features, and product improvements from planning through delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and the introduction of new functionality.
- Perform other duties as required by the Technology leadership team.

Requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 CE
- Understanding of Agile project management and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development, cloud-based solutions, programming concepts, and software testing.

Education and experience
- Degree at MQF Level 6 or equivalent in IT, Computing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Located in Malta with local experience.
