Responsibilities
- Support, manage, and optimise infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud platforms, operating systems, identity management, and network infrastructure.
- Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and performance.
- Deliver tier-2/3 technical support and guidance to corporate clients across core infrastructure technologies.
- Author and maintain precise system documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in vendor-sponsored training programs to maintain and expand industry certifications.
Please note that this is an urgent vacancy with a short hiring timeline. As a result, we are currently seeking candidates already based in Malta who have the legal right to work without requiring a new work permit or a work permit transfer.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid setups, and core enterprise technologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities paired with a client-first service mentality.
- Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Certifications (Bonus): Active credentials from Microsoft, OCI, HPE, VMware, or similar enterprise vendors are advantageous.

Education and experience
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years in a systems engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud administration, or technical support position.
