Our client, is looking for an experienced Regulatory Support Administrator to join their team. This role supports the day to day administration and coordination of the team. The successful candidate will assist with ticketing system processes, maintain well organised SharePoint folders, and provide general administrative support to ensure the team's workflows run efficiently. The position also ensures that records, documentation, and internal systems are accurately maintained and aligned with established procedures. Reporting to the Player Protection Senior Executive your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of team activities and daily operations.
- Manage and monitor the ticketing system by logging, tracking, updating, following up on, and escalating tickets where necessary.
- Maintain and organise the team's SharePoint folders, ensuring documents remain current, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Keep accurate records, trackers, registers, and supporting documentation for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and updating internal documents, templates, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and support the timely completion of tasks.
- Perform administrative duties in accordance with internal procedures, confidentiality requirements, and record-keeping standards.
- Promote professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, trackers, and team information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and ticketing or case management systems.
- Ability to manage, monitor, and escalate tickets or tasks in line with established processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Good understanding of confidentiality, data handling, and record keeping practices.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Proactive, organised, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Must hold an excellent level of verbal and written English.
- Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
