What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define requirements and deliver successful technology solutions.
- Organise workshops, project meetings, demonstrations, and progress reviews.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.
- Coordinate and support the work of internal IT resources and external service providers.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, including sourcing quotations and coordinating implementation activities.
- Oversee issue management processes and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, systems, and operational efficiency across the business.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting when required, working with third-party providers to resolve infrastructure, hardware, and software issues.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT projects and coordinating technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business systems, and operational support environments.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
