What you'll be doing
Support and maintain the hotel's core IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualisation platforms, storage solutions, and network environments.
Manage and monitor security technologies, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and resilient.
Proactively monitor IT systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance issues before they impact operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and user-related technical issues.
Support cloud-based services and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless technology operations across the property.
Participate in on-call support and assist with critical incidents when required.
Contribute to ongoing technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
3 years hands on experience on switching, routing, Wi- Fi and server systems.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, and server environments.
Experience with VMware virtualisation and shared storage platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the lager IT function.
Good command of English and willingness to travel occasionally for installations or project work.
Valid Driving licence.
Education and Experience
Certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft Server certifications are highly desirable.
Basic scripting knowledge, particularly PowerShell, is considered an asset.
