Hospitality Implementation Specialist

Our client is looking to recruit a Hospitality Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the chosen candidate will:

• Install, configure, and test POS systems at client locations.
• Assist in project delivery activities including documentation, configuration tracking, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendor support.
• Maintain accurate records of configurations, system updates, and client communications.
• Stay current with Oracle Hospitality products, emerging features, and related technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability and willingness to travel for on-site implementations.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

Education and experience

• Experience with POS systems or other database-driven business applications is a must.
• Recent experience in F&B at a Supervisory/ Junior management level, within Restaurant businesses locally is a must.
• Must be located in Malta, for minimum of 5 years working in the industry.
• Familiarity with networking, Windows environments, and SQL is considered an asset.
