Our client is looking to recruit a Hospitality Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the chosen candidate will:
Install, configure, and test POS systems at client locations.
Assist in project delivery activities including documentation, configuration tracking, and user acceptance testing.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendor support.
Maintain accurate records of configurations, system updates, and client communications.
Stay current with Oracle Hospitality products, emerging features, and related technologies.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Ability and willingness to travel for on-site implementations.
A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
Education and experience
Experience with POS systems or other database-driven business applications is a must.
Recent experience in F&B at a Supervisory/ Junior management level, within Restaurant businesses locally is a must.
Must be located in Malta, for minimum of 5 years working in the industry.
Familiarity with networking, Windows environments, and SQL is considered an asset.
