Instructor

Are you passionate about Training and Education? Our client is on the hunt for a competent Instructor with a technical background in Fire Safety to foster student learning and development. 

Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day training activities, maintain facility readiness, and ensure all scheduled or unscheduled equipment maintenance strictly follows Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines.
• Enforce safety protocols, uphold location-specific risk assessments, and directly supervise students to ensure total adherence to safety rules, discipline, and standard PPE requirements.
• Assist in designing, updating, and executing training programs and site facilities to ensure high delivery standards and consistent learning outcomes.
• Serve as a model for company values and safety culture through professional conduct and proper wearing of branded uniform and PPE.
• Adapt to changing operational needs by taking on aligned support tasks and traveling off-site or deploying as needed to deliver training.

Requirements

• Experience in a training environment, preferably in a Fire and Rescue Service, or at a fire training establishment.
• Relevant certifications in training and education, health & safety, or any similar qualifications
• Knowledge of safety equipment and the ability to conduct thorough inspections and maintenance.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
