Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and land assets.
- Perform site inspections and gather relevant market and property data.
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive, and timely valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse market trends, comparable transactions, and economic factors impacting property values.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders throughout the valuation process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
- Stay informed of changes in legislation, valuation methodologies, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuations.
- Membership with ETEK and/or RICS will be considered a strong advantage.
