Our client within the Retail Industry is looking for a Supply Chain Data Coordinator to join their team.
Role Purpose
To support the Logistics Operations team through both administrative and operational tasks, while collecting and analysing data to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & B2B Admin: Manage the complete P2P cycle for local and foreign suppliers—including PO processing, delivery tracking, and invoice generation—while overseeing the O2C process for B2B clients.
- Inbound Logistics: Coordinate incoming shipments, prepare all necessary documentation for the warehouse team, and resolve any transit or delivery issues with carriers.
- Inventory & ERP Control: Partner with the Stock Controller to protect system integrity, audit database entries, and assist with retail stock counts, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between internal teams (Finance, Merch, Master Data) and external vendors to optimize operations and escalate issues to management.
