Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee end-to-end procurement, order processing, and inventory management to ensure seamless product delivery and stock control.
• Input, track, and process recurring purchase orders within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to meet operational deadlines.
• Review order confirmations, monitor global shipments, and resolve supplier delays, discrepancies, or open backorders.
• Formulate and maintain precise cost calculation sheets for equipment, components, and consumable goods.
• Log, adjust, and audit stock levels, ensuring all inventory receipts, movements, and ledger adjustments are accurately recorded.
• Verify incoming physical shipments against purchase documentation and reconcile any inventory variances.
• Manage detailed documentation across all procurement activity, stock ledgers, and logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendor partners to resolve supply chain, stock availability, and billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English and Maltese is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP software platforms (e.g., SAP) and proficient core computer skills.
