Our client is looking to onboard a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to oversee terminal logistics and service delivery. In this role, you will coordinate terminal operations, align client requests with operational capacity, ensure strict regulatory and maritime compliance, and manage end-to-end documentation to support seamless port and terminal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate terminal logistics, aligning daily client service requests with contractual commitments and facility availability
- Partner closely with the Operations Department to schedule, execute, and monitor on-site work orders and terminal services
- Conduct thorough due diligence on arriving vessels, cargoes, and products to ensure full compliance with international maritime and industry legal standards
- Prepare, process, and maintain critical documentation, including operational orders, customs declarations, compliance reports, and client billing/invoices
- Participate in established weekly duty rosters to maintain continuous operational support on the terminal
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Maritime or Oil & Gas industry -terminal or port operations experience would be preferred
- Advanced Level of Education or equivalent professional qualification
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and operational teams
