Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a leading supplier and installer of commercial kitchens, industrial laundry equipment, and flooring solutions in Malta, is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to oversee delivery and installation operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily deliveries, installations, and team workloads.  

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct stock is picked and loaded.  

Conduct site visits to assess access, space, and equipment/permit needs. 

 Communicate regularly with clients regarding delivery timelines. 

 Track supplier lead times, backorders, and incoming shipments.  

Manage fleet servicing, maintenance, licenses, and insurance. 

 Ensure strict health and safety compliance during transit and unloading

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an asset.
• Valid Driving License B.
• Experience in logistics, construction, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Open to both experienced professionals and motivated junior candidates.
