Flight Logistics Coordinator

Our client is looking to employ a Flight Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain updated logistical schedules, crew change plans, and reservations.
  • Regularly update the Personnel Movement Report, recording crew movements accurately.
  • Manage and keep current offshore workers' files, certifications, personal documents, and relevant certificates, including medical reports.
  • Oversee the logistics of courses/training for personnel.
  • Address personnel matters in collaboration with Crew & Drilling Contractors.
  • Delegate incoming requests to the Head of Department and adhere to given instructions.
  • Maintain the Company's positive image during client interactions and presentations.
  • Enter applications into the database efficiently.
  • Coordinate flight itineraries and handle the booking of hotels, transport, and airline reservations, updating confirmed bookings in the respective spreadsheet.
  • Aid in preparing OK to Boards and Change of Crew Letters, as well as verify and approve invoices against the internal spreadsheet.
  • Assist in compiling necessary documentation for visa applications and residence permits as required by the Department's clients.
  • Undertake general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to be available after office hours and on weekends to assist clients 24/7, considering the industry's nature.
