Exports Administrator

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Export Administrator to join their team. This junior-level role involves coordinating export orders, preparing shipping documentation, liaising with customers and logistics partners, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to customer queries regarding orders, shipments and documentation.
• Coordinate orders between suppliers, warehouses, distributors and customers.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists and delivery notes.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases.
• Liaise with internal departments, including Sales, Finance and Warehouse.
• Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and export requirements.

• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach, with good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in administration, logistics, exports or customer service will be considered an asset.
• A qualification in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
