Distribution Administrator

Our client is looking to employ a Distribution Admin to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities

• Check delivery notes with invoices daily.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, together with signatures and the corresponded invoice dates are brought all accordingly to report.
• Review returns forms and ensure all is updated accordingly on CSB.
• Handling of day-to-day challenges, related to distribution & cold stores and take action were necessary with your superior’s approval.
• Follow up on any software issues related to CSB.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and marketing to ensure smooth operation service.
• Assist the Distribution Executive with any related issues as may be require.
• Support the implementation of policies.
• Monthly collection of Fuel receipts & updating excel sheet accordingly to have a more accurate fuel consumption history of the company vehicle.
• Inspect, analyse, verify and correct any unsolved issues related to clients’ credit notes and invoices.
• Handling the invoicing of raw milk/ frozen cream both export and local.
• Handling route changes for new or existing accounts and updating of addresses as instructed.
• Manual inpuƫng of orders, free issues or any cash sales as requested on CSB.
• Handling of inpuƫng discards or rework on CSB related to cold stores.
• Issue a detailed temperature reports with graphs for company and third-party vehicles.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Experience & Skills

• MQF Level 4 and / or 3-4 years work experience in a similar role in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
• Be IT literate, especially in Excel and have some experience working on ERP System
• Possess excellent reporting and communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be in possession of a driving license.
