Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Developer - Lead to their growing team.
They are looking for either a Software Developer at a mid-level or a Senior Developer at a managerial level.
What you'll be doing
- Design end-to-end solutions, including inputs, outputs, database access (field-level), functional flows, triggers, and automation.
- Gather functional requirements from internal users and document them in a standardised format for clarity across users, developers, and testers.
- Develop new scripts and maintain existing ones, covering front-end, back-end, and data layers, based on defined solution designs.
- Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring alignment with responsibilities and project objectives.
- Promote best practices in software development, with a focus on modularity, performance, and reusability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software Development
- Experience in C#/.Net OR Java. Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
- Located in Malta with local experience.
