The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and improve knowledge management and client services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
- Build integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and modern integration technologies.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Ensure AI applications are secure, scalable, and compliant with governance and security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement.
- Create reusable frameworks, components, and development standards to support future AI initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, enterprise application development, and system integration.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Located in Malta with local experience
