Our client, a leading Manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Head of Transformation to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities :
Define and execute the transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational priorities.
Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO), establishing strong governance, reporting structures, and executive decision-making frameworks.
Monitor and manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation to support effective executive oversight and accountability.
Drive the successful delivery of major transformation programmes, ensuring outcomes meet scope, timeline, quality, and business value expectations.
Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives and contribute to the development of the Target Operating Model to support sustainable performance improvement.
Enhance operational performance through data-driven insights, robust KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives, system modernisation, and technology-enabled transformation.
Promote high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-support analytics across transformation initiatives.
Lead organisational change by championing new ways of working, fostering cultural alignment, and ensuring engagement across all stakeholder groups.
Ensure communication strategies, change management plans, and capability-building initiatives enable successful adoption and long-term impact.
Requirements
Relevant professional certifications in project, programme, or transformation management will be considered an asset.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop robust business cases, manage large transformation budgets, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies.
Strong digital and systems literacy, including experience with ERP and CRM platforms, systems integration, automation technologies, and data-driven transformation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA
A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field) is considered an advantage.
